abaixo algumas perguntas realizadas pelos entrevistadores com algumas dicas do que pode ser utilizado por você, respeitando é claro, o contexto da entrevista.
- Tell us about you.
Graduation, background, strengths, weaknesses, target.
- What do you know about our company?
Know products, size, income, reputation, image, goals, problems, management talent, management style, people skills, history and philosophy.
- Why do you want to work for us?
To be a part of the company project and help solve problems in the company.
- What can you do for us that someone else cannot?
Past experiences that represent success can be a good example.
- What do you look for in a job?
Opportunities, challenge, recognition.
- How long would it take you to make a meaningful impact to our firm?
Be realistic, strong companies need strong people. Emphasize your interest in a long-term association.
- Describe what you feel to be an ideal working environment.
Be as fair and respectful as possible.
- How would you evaluate your present firm?
An excellent company that provided me with many fine experiences.
Normalmente no final da entrevista, o selecionador abre um espaço para eventuais perguntas do candidato. Segue alguns exemplos que você pode se basear:
- Why is this position open?
- What have been the primary reasons for individuals leaving?
- What are some of the longer term objectives that you would like completed?
- Where could a successful person go in this position and within what time frame?
